Please provide the following information to file your float plan.  When submitted, the float plan will be automatically sent to the Fleet Captain.  We urge you to be familiar with your responsibilities regarding the daily check-in and ultimate closing of your float plan.  Important!  Please check into the Net before departing to ensure that your Float Plan has been received and radio contact can be made.
